Wow, what a year that has been.
Thankfully, the change in restrictions in mid-May, allowed us to return to scouting in Kildorrery for the first time since March 2020.
Since then, we have enjoyed many sunny (and not so sunny) weekly meetings, hikes and even camps over the past 10 weeks.
Due to Covid restrictions, overnight camping is currently not possible for our younger sections but our Beavers and Cubs enjoyed fun day camps in Burncourt and Kilcully.
Our Scouts, who are allowed to overnight, spent an enjoyable weekend in Curraghchase Scout Center, just outside Limerick.
We would like to thank the parents and our leaders for their ongoing support, particularly in implementing our Covid safety protocols.
We look forward to seeing everyone in September after our summer break.
